  • Ensuring the products are delivered to the right customer on time.
  • Contributing to the sale of the company’s products by promoting them among customers if required.
  • Dealing with and resolving any customers’ complaints.
  • Working with the warehouse in the management of customer’s orders.
  • Being in touch with the Wholesalers Purchase Managers to assure a proper distribution of the products.
  • Reporting KPI (Wholesalers and Farmavenix).
  • Maintaining customer database and commercial offers.
  • Knowledge in hospital bidding and tenders.

[EN] JAKIE BĘDĄ TWOJE GŁÓWNE OBOWIĄZKI?

 

  • Knowledge of the functioning of the pharmaceutical market in Spain.
  • Min 2 years of experience in custeomer service.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel on advanced level.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to communicate in English, min B1 level.
