DEMAND PLANNING SPECIALIST

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts across multiple time horizons and product levels; 
  • Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers to build and refine statistical models;  
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts with business assumptions; 
  • Maintain and utilize demand planning software as the primary forecasting tool;  
  • Provide input to Supply Planning on inventory strategies for new, existing, and phased-out products;  
  • Closely coordinate and communicate suppliers’ action plans with Supply Planning. 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics and Demand Planning department 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools;
  • Fluent communication skills in English;
  • Previous experience in production / manufacturing environments;
  • Strong background in forecasting stock, logistics, and warehouse operations; 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;  
  • High level of proactivity and strong communication skills.
