  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, business applications, and communication systems.
  • Administer and support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with international IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and implement changes.
  • Support IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, device management, and security compliance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to infrastructure projects.
  • Identify recurring issues, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous improvement.

[EN] JAKIE BĘDĄ TWOJE GŁÓWNE OBOWIĄZKI?

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Office 365 solutions, which will be a key part of daily support activities.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, ports, protocols, and firewall rules, with the ability to troubleshoot communications between systems.
  • Experience supporting corporate applications, business systems, and ERP platforms.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and corporate device support.
  • Basic PowerShell skills for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2 level), with confidence communicating in international and cross-functional environments.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for finding smarter, more sustainable solutions.
