REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Support the Senior HRBP in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business needs and corporate guidelines.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Provide administrative support for performance management cycles, ensuring timely completion of evaluations and development plans.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and HR data management ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Support company car fleet management, coordinating allocations, documentation, maintenance, and communication with suppliers and insurance partners.
  • Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of the Equality Plan, including data collection, communication, and monitoring of agreed measures.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Min 3 years of work experience in the HR field.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation to support compliance in HR processes and employee relations.
  • Advanced use of HR systems and tools, especially SAP4YOU, Excel, and digital documentation platforms.
  • Understanding of payroll and employee benefits processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting people and continuous improvement.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
