COMMERCIAL MANAGER KAUKAZ
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Preparation, implementation, control, and evaluation of realization of yearly sales and marketing plans.
- Coordinating and supervising work of WHS marketing management staff through tailored KPIs monitoring, proposing promotions.
- Directing, leading, coordinating and supervising systematic work of WHS sales force.
- Preparation of regular managerial reports and evaluation of KPIs to demonstrate ROI on all marketing related activities.
- Preparing market analyses and estimations of potential required for selection of new products for Caucasian market, proposing optimal prices considering international referencing and the threat of parallel trade.
- Assuring that all marketing activities, materials, and actions undertaken are consistent with current regulations and codes of good business practice in Caucasian countries
- Review performance, identify pricing opportunities and propose alternative pricing scenarios to meet growth objectives.
- Report and support on matters of business impact of the pricing strategy in close cooperation with Market Access Department
- Ongoing monitoring of activities of the competition, ongoing monitoring of the situation on the market and market development trends.
- Cooperation with Demand Planning, Production, Quality Control , New Launches Department for providing ongoing product supply for Caucasian Market
- Monitoring and analyzing of Caucasian product availability in each part of the distribution channel.
- Supervison of current WHSs cooperation with local distributors.
- Coopertaion with national KOLs AS "face" of Adamed.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:
- Higher Education Diploma: Economics, Marketing and Management or Medicine / Science /Pharmacy
- Postgraduate study/MBA highly desirable
- English Language - Advanced; Other Languages - Russian- fluent
- Understanding and practical knowledge of sales and marketing mechanisms
- Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques used in the pharmaceutical sector
- Very good knowledge of the market/industry
- Medical expertise
- Manage long-term strategic goals
- Understanding and practical knowledge of distribution mechanisms.
- Experience in a similar position - 2-5 years
