CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

• Coordinating the order fulfillment process based on the provisions of contracts with international clients and cooperating with internal departments. Obtaining orders from clients.
• Renegotiating terms with clients, signing contract amendments, extending or terminating agreements.
• Collecting and managing sales forecasts from clients in cooperation with other departments.
• Monitoring clients' ongoing sales performance against forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions in cooperation with clients and internal departments.
• Preparing and controlling sales and marketing budgets.
• Supporting the optimization of the product portfolio in line with Management Board decisions (product delisting).
• Participating in projects related to business tools (Power BI, Demand Planning, Contract Administration, ERP, etc.) as well as operational and transformation initiatives.
• Representing the company at international conferences, trade fairs, and business meetings.
• Handling administrative tasks related to invoice settlements, OPEX budget control, and marketing budget control.

CO JEST DLA NAS WAŻNE?

• University degree (or currently in the final stage of studies).
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and the MS Office suite.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present business recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and well-developed analytical skills.
• Ability to build effective cooperation and relationships with various stakeholders.
• Independence, initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international business trips.
