LOCATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and maintaining the organisational structure of S&M necessary for execution of the adopted strategy while simultaneously optimising resources.
  • Development of alternative sales channels: tenders,insurance.
  • Constant market analysis using the available research tools, gathering and analyzing information from other departments. Preparation of analyses for product development and changes in the market.
  • Defining and implementing marketing and sales plans as part of agreed budgets to maximise sales and execute goals according to the adopted strategy. Managing the promotional budget.
  • Preparation of short-term and long-term (5 years) sales and marketing strategies and plans for products / group of products.
  • Development of strategy and tactics ensuring growth of turnover of the Adamed Group’s RX and OTX products.
  • Participation in the development of strategies for portfolio and preparation of promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Providing training and assistance for employees in sales, to help them to achieve their set-out objectives in a professional, ethical and scientific manner.

EXPECTATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in leading sales teams in a pharmaceutical company (generic drugs).
  • Willingness to relocate from Poland to Uzbekistan.
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of sales and marketing mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques used in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Very good knowledge of the market/industry.
  • Manage long-term tactic goals.
  • Communicative knowledge of the Russian language.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with business partners.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • University degree: economics, marketing and management or medicine/science/pharmacy. Postgraduate/MBA studies - highly acceptable.
